Chocolate Chip Cupcakes (makes 12)

Ingredients

(A)
200g butter
120g sugar

(B)
3 eggs

(C)
210g cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
40g cocoa powder

(D)
50ml milk

(E)
1/2 cup chocolate chip



Method
  1. Preheat oven at 160 degrees C.
  2. Sift ingredient (C) together.
  3. Beat ingredient (A) at high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in sifted ingredient (C) alternating with milk.
  6. Add in chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top of batter .
  7. Bake for 25 min.
