120g sugar
(B)
3 eggs
(C)
210g cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
40g cocoa powder

50ml milk

1/2 cup chocolate chip
Method
- Preheat oven at 160 degrees C.
- Sift ingredient (C) together.
- Beat ingredient (A) at high speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time.
- Fold in sifted ingredient (C) alternating with milk.
- Add in chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top of batter .
- Bake for 25 min.
